My team continues to utilize Canyon Catering for our business meetings and catering needs. Christina is the awesome catering rep that I connect with - she's great and always remembers to email me Canyon Catering's monthly specials flyer. She is flexible with meal options, and knowledgeable about entrees that are allergen-friendly. Canyon Catering catered our business meeting this past Tuesday - Eddie - their hard working delivery driver was on-time and did a wonderful job setting up the display. He was careful with handling all the boxed entrees - I opted for boxed entrees instead of buffet style since flu season is back - cold drinks, dessert platter, and made sure we had enough utensils, servingware, plates and napkins. To date, CC has always been on-time or early for their deliveries - and I've utilized their catering almost a dozen times. Always a plus when everyone attending is on a tight schedule. For our lunch this past Tuesday, I ordered: * Beef Pot Roast w/ Green Beans & Dinner Roll * Chicken Fajitas w/ Southwest Salad * Lemon-Herbed Tofu w/ cherry tomatoes and something else I can't make out and didn't want to just open the lid to figure out lol. * Cold drinks * Dessert platter consisting of Halloween-decorated shortbread cookies & Pumpkin Bar (seasonal menu) All entrees were beautifully plated in sturdy, single-serving containers. They were strong enough to be reusable (after a good wash) - so kudos to CC for cutting back on waste. Everyone commented on how delicious all the food was - great serving size and protein:everything else ratio. The shortbread cookies had a lot of compliments - but I went straight for the Pumpkin Bar - which was awesome if you're a fan of pumpkin! It had just the right amount of bite to it, crunch, pumpkin soft and hard aspects. Overall, a great business meeting lunch catered by Canyon Catering!

Had steak and eggs. Breakfast was yummy! I felt the meals were reasonably priced. Tavern environment diner prices. Will return.

Canyon Catering did an outstanding job of feeding over 200 of us at our charity auction event. The BBQ themed fare including tender brisket, tri tip with savory mushroom gravy and fresh baked cornbread was delicious. The pre dinner garlic mashed potatoes with short rib served in a martini style glass got rave reviews all around! Your staff did such a good job, they are obviously experienced servers. Thank you Canyon Catering for helping make our event so successful.

Canyon Catering is top notch. They are excellence in catering. Christina managed our wedding catering in fairly short notice last year. She is very communicative and gave us the options for our food sampling. All the appetizers and entrees were amazing and tasty. From the quality and quantity of the food, they go above and beyond! Used them for my 60th birthday party, I had 40 people attending — not only did we have enough food for everyone, we were able to make to-go containers for our guests! I would highly recommend this catering service for their quality of food, service and attention to detail. They set up, and picked up next day. We did not have to do a thing! A birthday party to remember!

I got the privilege to enjoy a lovely event with Canyon Catering providing and serving the meal. The food and service was absolutely amazing and the presentation was first class. I want to thank Melissa and Kenny for their high standards of hospitality. It was truly a lovely meal and I thoroughly enjoyed it!!
