Canyon Catering did an outstanding job of feeding over 200 of us at our charity auction event. The BBQ themed fare including tender brisket, tri tip with savory mushroom gravy and fresh baked cornbread was delicious. The pre dinner garlic mashed potatoes with short rib served in a martini style glass got rave reviews all around! Your staff did such a good job, they are obviously experienced servers. Thank you Canyon Catering for helping make our event so successful.

Canyon Catering is top notch. They are excellence in catering. Christina managed our wedding catering in fairly short notice last year. (During challenging times, we had to pivot and roll with fluid circumstances of the season.) She is very communicative and gave us the options for our food sampling. All the appetizers and entrees were amazing and tasty. They were:

*bacon wrapped sirloin
*mac and cheese bite
*tomato bisque + grilled cheese
*cajun shrimp corn cake

It was hard to narrow our choices down but, we got it. For our guests that are non-beef eaters, we had the delicious blackened red snapper. For the carnivores, bbq beef brisket was the option and everyone raved about it. My health conscious fam/friends that did the red snapper were delighted. Sides were awesome. Our guests were so happy with the food and service by the catering staff. They worked so diligently, professionally, and kindly during such challenging time. This one of my rare reviews where I don’t have the photos handy but, I must say Canyon Catering is 5 stars easily.

We love Canyon Catering. They are a bit on the pricey side but you definitely get what you pay for. From their sales office to their food catering and their delivery staff it’s all around A+ service the whole way through. You will not have to worry about a thing. Had Sandwiches, chips, cookies and pasta salad for Teacher Appreciation week and they talked about it for the next week. All the sandwiches were fresh and very tasty. The cookies were soft and fresh too! We will continue to use them for the coming years. They are one of the best!

OUTSTANDING!!
From the quality and quantity of the food, they go above and beyond! Used them for my 60th birthday party, I had 40 people attending, not only did we have enough food for everyone we were able to make to go containers for our guests! We ordered the chicken Parm… Amazing! Penne pasta with a red sauce, mixed vegetables… Fresh and cooked perfectly! A salad that was not only delicious but beautiful to look at, with their homemade dressing and
breadsticks that were a perfect accompaniment! We ordered a charcuterie for starters, and I have to tell you, not only was it aesthetically pleasing, but was so generous in the amount of meats, cheeses, breads, and crackers we had guest over the next night, and had another gathering to finish it off!!
I would highly recommend this catering service for their quality of food, service and attention to detail
They set up, and picked up next day. We did not have to do a thing!

Excellent Service! Canyon Catering did an excellent job in catering my corporate event. The food was outstanding and the display was perfect! Our bartender did an awesome job in keeping the drinks flowing. Will definately be using this catering company again for future corporate events!!
